When I first started this blog, I wanted to record my transition into a healthier lifestyle. My goal was to inspire others and educate myself on what healthy was and the best way to maintain it. I want to get back to basics, recording my daily progress and new diets, trends, etc. Going forward today I will record my daily thoughts and lessons as well as research anything new I hear in the world to keep not only me but you all in the know. I realized that I’ve gotten so wrapped up in my world that I really don’t know what’s going on in the outside world. I am excited for this new journey with you all and will make a commitment to myself and you to keep this up. Writing is therapy to me I’m hoping to keep it this way.
