I love aromatherapy because can create such a vibe in any space and help influence your mood and set the tone for the day. Essential oils used for aromatherapy have been shown to help boost mood and mental clarity along with a few other uses. I enjoy using these oils throughout my day, especially in my home to keep my mood in check and help me deal with stress. Today I want to show you what essential oils go best with your day.
In The Morning :
Maybe it’s the moon, the weather, or it’s just a manic Monday, regardless you can’t find the want to, to start your day. Grab your diffuser and add 2 drops of lavender oil and juniper oil. This combo helps you feel more relaxed, less stressed and helps uplift the mind.
At work:
Now, you’re at work and can’t focus or find the energy to actually do your work. Time to apply two drops of diluted ginger and/or coriander to your wrists or temples. This will help maintain vitality and avoid any exhaustion. These oils are also great for boosting immunity and improving your circulation.
Getting Home:
Finally at home and now it is your time. This time I’ll let you pick, it’s all about you! So if you want to put your favorite incense on the burner go for it. However, if you’re looking for something to really help you unwind ylang-ylang oil or frankincense incense is a great addition to calm you down and soothe frustration.
Bed Time:
Finally, back to bed!! In my opinion the best time of day. I’ll share my favorite sleepy time oil mix, lavender & eucalyptus oil. I use 2 drops of Lavender oil to help me relax. Then 4 drops of eucalyptus oil to aid in decongestion as well as any aches I might have. Try it out and thank me later!
