Practicing Gratitude

When it comes to gratitude so many think that we always practice, or maybe not enough. We often work towards the next biggest thing like a new car or a better house but are we not grateful for what we have? When thinking about gratitude don’t forget about the small things like the roof over your head or the food in your stomach, hell even the fact that you’re able to breathe without assistance. Their are so many things we take advantage for in life looking for the next best thing that we often lose sight of what we already have. Today I challenge you to find pleassure in the small things without losing site of your goal. You have a beautiful life worthy of thanks and awe don’t forget that.
