If you are so fortunate to welcome in a new day having a purposeful and productive morning routine sets the tone for a successful and productive day.

When you wake up in the morning the world is waking up with you! There is something beautiful in the stillness of it all, let the peace fill you up. This tranquil ambiance is your blank page for you to write out your journey of the day. So as you rise and see the sun of a new day greet it with open arms, and an open mind and embrace the gift of time and untapped potential. Allow yourself to just be in this moment, but don’t close your eyes. Your body already has signals to be awake and we don’t want to interrupt its natural flow. This is a perfect time to set your intention for the day,

Make sure you give her more than just a coffee and best wishes in the morning. Creating a wholesome breakfast full of essential nutrients found in fruits and veggies, not only helps you focus but also influences better eating habits throughout the day. Saying your daily affirmations while mixing your eggs, blending your smoothie, or stirring your coffee puts the energy in the food and when you eat it it puts it back into your body. Spreading that good juju from the gut up throughout the body.

Don’t think of productivity as a to-do list, we already have enough of this. This type of productivity is about taking care of and nurturing your well-being. Limit Digital Distractions

It’s so easy to get wrapped up in your phone with all the notifications going off at all hours of the day. It can bring a lot of stress, so keep it off in the morning. Give yourself time, even if it’s just 5 minutes to be away from the phone like we did back in the day (for me the 90s) and just be with yourself, the news can wait.
