Right now is the time to light a candle and sit with your self and reflect on all the good that you did during this cycle. This is also a great time to go over some opportunities that you might want to implement going in to the new lunar cycle. Now is the time for quiet reflective energy and to renew.
Connect With Supportive Friends
Be around people who are always in your corner. You can do amazing things by yourself and you can do even more with amazing and supportive people who get excited about your dreams and goals. Meet up with some good friends for a quick coffee date and talk about your aspirations for this cycle.
Reconnect & Plan Out Your Goals
Write down all your goals and how far you’ve come in your journey and what your next steps are on the journey. What are you going to do to get there and how are you implementing these changes? Reconnect with your self, realign with your goals and, refocus. This is your journey, you got this.
Express Gratitude
Be thankful, grateful and blessed. Reflect on the good in your life and understand everything is a lesson and positions you in a place where you want to be. Practice gratitude and learn to love the position your in while working towards your goals.
Release Any Tension or Negative Energy
Let go of any bad energy or negative thoughts that you may have. Smudge yourself (learn here) and cleanse your home while thinking pure thoughts. Take some deep breaths and remember it’s a new moon, a new cycle, and a new day. Live in the future not the past, you are free.
