Manifestation is the art of bringing something tangible into your life through beliefs and actions. Manifesting has become more mainstream with the use of social media and people being exposed to the more spiritual side of life. While simple manifestations can prove to be useful there are ways you can amplify your practice and put real power behind your work. Today I will show you some of the best manifestation techniques to amplify your practice.

Manifestation works through the law of attraction, One of the universal laws being that like attracts like. Your energy is powerful you have to channel it carefully. The more you focus on your mind and energy towards your thoughts you’ll begin to attract what you seek.

Remember when it comes to manifestations you have to believe it with all your heart, mind, and body. The universe knows your heart, you can not lie to her. You have to have true faith in your beliefs/dreams with no doubt you have to know it so you can go get it.

Best Manifestion Techniques

Journaling, By journaling you can become more self-aware. Write all your thoughts out and you’ll realize what’s holding you back and what you can do to stop it. You’ll get a raw idea of how you perceive yourself, your goals, and sometimes even your life.

Vision Boarding, Creating a tangible vision of what you’re seeking to attract. It can be virtual, or a collection of photos of your short-term or long-term goals. This will give your a clear depiction of where you’re going so you don’t get sidetracked.

Visualization Think of this more internally and think of every detail of what you’re seeking. What will it look like, and who is the ‘you’ that will attract it. Let this idea fully encompass you till you become a vibrational match and you’ll blossom into your new identity.

List it out. Create a list of everything you want to experience and be incredibly detailed, no room for vagueness here, this is your dream! When you make your list think about what would be different in your ideal life. What do you want? What does it look like, what does it feel like and what do you want to experience? This helps you truly visualize it and have it run vibrate through your entire body.

Use the 369 Method. This involves writing down what your want 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening as long as necessary. What you’re doing is holding your goal in your mind throughout the day and tapping into your subconscious. This programs your mind to find what it’s looking for and becoming and it’ll magnetize your desires into action.

Repeat Positive Affirmations Harboring negative thoughts at bay we all know how it can be when one bad thought gets in your head it can take over. Affirmations help you unlearn those patterns. Choose or create a mantra that speaks to you and works with your energy.

Take Action. You feel it, you wish it, now DO IT. The universe doesn’t work unless you do. So get your but up and get to work, you’ll have the energy behind you nothing can stop you.
