Simple and Easy Wrap For A Healthy Lunch

I’ve been really in to cucumbers lately, I don’t know what it is but I love it. I recently made this yummy easy wrap for lunch and omg it was so good and even had a nice crunch to it. Today I will show you how I made this lunch, it’s very low cal so you’ll need something else with it to.



Wrap (I used cauliflower but use what you want)

Cream Cheese

Salt, pepper, onion powder


Lay wrap of your choosing and spread cream cream working it from the middle out. Place cucumber in the center then season with salt pepper and a little onion powder. Wrap it up then you’re done!

Usually they hold for a few days maybe 3 to 4 days. Enjoy with some chips, soup or salad.
