Sometimes when you come home you bring your day with you. Whether it’s good or bad energy, it can stick to you. That energy can end up in your home and make it difficult to relax and feel welcomed. I know in my home I always stress that it is my sanctuary and I treat it as such. By doing that I have a place where the outside world and its issues can not affect me and I feel a calming peace. Today I will show you how to create a home filled with positive energy.
Clean The House
When you clean your house it usually always feels lighter and happier. That’s because you’ve cleared out all the old, and toxic energy in the house and made room for good energy to come in. Make it a habit to declutter your commonly used areas and replace them with something that makes you happy, like a photo or a plant to help keep it clear.
Fill The Home With Natural Light
Sunlight can charge your crystals and it charges you too! Natural sunlight promotes vitamin d production and it helps elevate your mood and makes people feel happier. When you get up in the morning make sure you open the blinds and greet the day, make sure you clean the windows regularly too so the room can feel brighter and more positive.
Bring In Some Greenery
Every house needs a plant in it. Plants make people happy, bring life and energy to the home, and can bring color into any room. It’s been proven that being around nature helps alleviate stress and promotes a good mood. Try some easy-to-care plants like Peace lilies, Bamboo, and Pothos, succulents are also a great option.

Allow Fresh Air In
If it’s hard for you to get outside try to open the windows to allow some fresh air to come in. By doing this, you’re pushing that negative energy out of your house and making way for some peace.
Find Your Home‘s Scent
Studies have shown that aromatherapy can help us feel happier and more relaxed. You can use this in your home by lighting a candle, or using resin or incense sticks. Fragrances such as rosemary, and chamomile can help create positive energy in your home.
How do you create positive energy in your home? I’m big on opening windows, it prepares me for my day and keeps me focused. Also, plants, as you know I love the little urban jungle and every time I see a new leaf I do a little happy dance. I hope you found this article enjoyable and don’t forget to like and share!
